GB1 - Fundamentals

The GB1 Program is the foundation of Jiu-Jitsu at Gracie Barra - designed specifically for beginners. With no experience required, this program introduces students to core techniques, self-defence skills, and the philosophy behind our team.

GB2 - Advanced

With a focus on more advanced techniques, strategic drilling, positional awareness, and live sparring, GB2 offers a more intense and challenging experience - while still maintaining the structure and support Gracie Barra is known for.

No Gi

No-Gi is Jiu-Jitsu practiced without the traditional kimono (gi). Instead of using clothing grips, practitioners wear athletic apparel like rashguards, compression shorts, and spats, relying on body locks, underhooks, and faster-paced wrestling-style controls.

Because you do not have the fabric of a gi to slow down the action, No-Gi classes are typically faster, more dynamic, and highly focused on athleticism, leg locks, and scrambles.

GBK - Kids Programs

Through structured training, kids learn focus, discipline, and how to overcome challenges.

In a safe, supportive environment, our certified instructors help students build strength, coordination, and essential life skills. Surrounded by a strong sense of team and belonging, they become part of a global family, growing on and off the mats.

Tiny Champions: 2-4 years old
Little Champions 1: 5-7 years old
Little Champions 2: 8-10 years old
Teens: 10-13 years old
